A handmade lampworked borosilicate glass cabochon with an imploded spiral pattern in caramel and green

Boro (borosilicate) glass is known for it's clarity and strength and has a colour palette very different from soft glass. Colours tend to be mysterious, shifting with the light, and subtle/natural in tone - though the colours come alive in sunlight. These qualities make it ideal for jewellery making.
The top of this cab is slightly raised, and this is reflected in its price

All my beads are annealed in a digitally controlled kiln.
