Blown glass disc - Woodstock

Handmade lampworked blown borosilicate glass disc bead. The pattern reminds me of waves of sound, with a vibrant deep purple centre. The disc is gently domed inwards at the back, making it very comfortable to wear, with off-centre holes to hang. This disc would look lovely on a plain thin silver chain.

The disc is approx 30mm diameter and 10mm thick (though hollow).

Hole size is approx 1.5 to 2mm - holes are off centre and stringing material needs to be flexible to thread through them.

All my beads are annealed in a digitally controlled kiln.
